The Planning & Historic Preservation Board meets every 4th Tuesday in the Commission Chamber at Town Hall @ 7pm.
Land Development Code Section 10.01.02. Deadline for filing applications. Whenever in this Article there is a requirement that an application or other submittals be filed for review by a board or commission, such application or submittals must be submitted not less than 15 days prior to the meeting of the board or commission in order for the matter to be heard by the board or commission at its next meeting. When applications or other submittals are filed less than 15 days prior to the next meeting of the board or commission, the Town shall have the discretion to either schedule the matter at the next meeting, or at the next meeting after that.
